Shipping Policy

** Important Notice **
We are currently facing shipping delays due to floods that have occurred in British Columbia. We are expecting delays to occur on orders placed after November 20th. We ask that customers remain patient as we sort through these issues.
Our shipping rates are based on the total order amount. Orders that range from $0 to $49.99 pay $5.99 in shipping, orders that range from $50 to $99.99 pay $9.99 in shipping, orders that range from $100 to $149.99 pay $14.99 in shipping and orders over $150 receive free shipping. At this time, we are not shipping outside of Canada.
All orders are processed within six to eight business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping takes an additional 8 to 10 business days once the order has been processed. Upon request, a Canada Post tracking number can be provided to track shipments.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@ontarioclothingcompany.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@ontarioclothingcompany.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a solution. 

If an order is not claimed at the post office and is sent back, refunds will not be provided. Furthermore, if the customer wants the order sent back, they will have to cover the additional shipping costs.
